I see them almost every night now.



My grandmother has been feeding stray cats for years. I don't know exactly when she started, but it might've been when my mom passed away so I guess those cats must be getting old now. I've never actually seen them so I know they're not multiplying.

I never thought about anything other than cats eating that kibble. My room is right next to the kitchen - if Bigfoot was having a snack I would've seen her for sure.

But now I'm not so sure anymore, because my grandmother isn't seeing the eyes that have been looking at me either. Maybe what she and her have together is different what they and I share.
